Womb to World is a self paced online in depth Holistic Childbirth Education course designed for first time parents-to-be to learn all about labour and birth, to help reduce fear and give you the knowledge to make informed decisions that feel right for you. What sets this course apart is the in depth education about The Fourth Trimester. The modules go in depth about this time, teaching you how to prepare for postpartum, what to expect in the postpartum period, including your recovery as well as in depth about how to care for your newborn baby, what’s normal for bubs, when to be concerned your baby is unwell and it goes in depth into Breastfeeding Education. Postpartum education is just as important as Birth education… so this course covers it all!
It will take you approximately 8- 10 hours, however, you can do this course at any time that suits you and you can continue to revisit it as you are preparing for your baby and even in those early newborn days for a refresher!
This course consists of 8 modules, each module has written information and images, most have videos- either of Amber educating you with props or with Amber talking you through a slideshow presentation. There are many links to other websites for further learning, there are pdf downloads as you make your way through and then there are downloadable pdf resources at the end.
